Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out from our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse within 6-8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once your order is shipped and delivered. Some orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays regarding weather, port, and factory delays. In these cases, you will receive an email with an updated shipping timeline.

We ship internationally! All international orders incur duties/taxes that may vary by destination address. This means that you, the customer, may be responsible for paying your local countries duties and taxes. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees.

For international orders that have been in-transit for more than 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office (not Wahlid..) to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
